Paint, Floors, Light Fixtures

We are getting trees and landscaping. I will take photos in the morning (the ones below are blurry).  The flooring downstairs is in (although covered up with padding), and the wood in hallway upstairs. We are awaiting flooring in the bedrooms/ loft (carpet). While we aren't huge fans of some of the light fixtures (and have some replacements in store), lighting is in too and the heater was even on when we went over there this morning!!! It is almost livable!

29 Days Until Our House MUST Be Ready

We are 29 days from our final walkthrough, and we really can't believe it. It is so busy and crazy now-makes you wonder what we have been doing for the last five months! With the holidays coming, we will be out of town for a bit, we are busily trying to get ready for Christmas, get all of our Christmas gifts purchased, get organized here at the loft, and make sure we are ready to move December 22nd!

As far as the house-they are working on sprinklers and landscaping this week, putting lighting in the inside, painting the outside (hopefully-fingers crossed!), and a lot of touch-ups. We are guessing we will have flooring in the next week or so. Seems like they have a ton to do and NOT enough time to do it-so again-fingers crossed!!!

At work, my December trial was continued-so at the very least, I won't be in trial the same week we move. :) After that, I don't have a trial until February (which will be here before we know it).

Just trying to keep organized and on top of things here, especially as we plan to be out of town the week of Thanksgiving!! I can't wait until we are settled and organized again. It will be a relief not to share a single closet ...

37 days until we close on the house!

More progress (mudroom bench and Hudson Bath)

SNOW!

It has been snowing virtually ALL DAY in Denver. It will be nice again next week-so the builder can finish landscaping, painting the outside, etc. But in the meantime, here is a pic of our house in the snow tonight!

Kitchen and H Bathroom Tile

We are still awaiting grout-but here are photos!
