Temporary Digs...

We are 99% moved out of our first house. I thought I would be sad, and maybe I will be, but it was so much work, we are all just tired! The loft has proven to be just fine so far and we are getting more organized as the hours go on. Hudson LOVES it-maybe because his little bed is right next to ours or because he is within walking distance of Cold Stone and Chipotle..and the pool. Will be a fun summer! Our house should break ground soon! In the meantime...enjoying some simple living and simple gardening!!! Bring on the homegrown mint-Mojito time!!

Mother's Day

We had an amazing Mother's Day. I felt so blessed to be with my mom, mother in law, and my wonderful grandma. I can't describe how happy I was to have my grandma with me for Mother's Day this year.  We had a lovely brunch, which was so fun. My boys bought me the most beautiful light yellow cuckoo clock-complete with the tiny bird that comes out every hour. LOVE IT!!!

Exciting Times

We are in the middle of exciting times here at the Albano House! We move in 7 days!! We are building a new house, but it won't be ready for a while. We wanted to make sure our house sold before we bought another one, so now we move into a loft for 7 months :) Should be fun-because the location is great, but a little tight :).  Here is a pic of the house being built. We are soooooooo excited.
